My Story

I have been involved with residential Real Estate for my entire working career in some capacity or another. After starting out as a teenager digging ditches for a local landscape company and then moving to selective remodel demolition, I worked my way through most of the other construction trades before starting my own company. Those trades included: foundations, framing, siding, roofing, drywall, trim work, and some plumbing and electrical work. I discovered I not only had a knack for building but I also really enjoyed seeing the looks on my client’s faces when I exceeded expectations!

So what makes me different from other agents? I’ve been told over and over again my experience is very comforting to buyers when taking them through the new build process. I’ve seen that often most issues that arise are due to a lack of understanding of the process which leads to buyers feeling out of control. This can be avoided by knowing what to say and when. Most agents don’t have the experience and end up saying too much which can create a new set of problems. There are plenty of agents representing builders but few represent the new construction buyers.

The moral of this story is that with over 400 transactions I know I’ve seen it all and can make your home search comfortable and productive. I can’t wait to start working for you!
